DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: [1st July 2026]

 

This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, access, download, delivery, use, and licensing of digital products made available by AstroVastuNaksh.

 

For the purpose of this Agreement, “AstroVastuNaksh”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to AstroVastuNaksh, a proprietorship operated by Navin Kumar Sharma.

 

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, receiving, viewing, using, or otherwise obtaining any Digital Product, the user agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

Digital Product includes, without limitation:

  • Horoscope reports
  • Astrology reports
  • Numerology reports
  • Lo Shu reports
  • Vastu reports
  • Assessment reports
  • AI-generated reports
  • System-generated reports
  • Premium calculators
  • Calculator outputs
  • Downloadable PDFs
  • E-books
  • Checklists
  • Templates
  • Digital guides
  • Educational resources
  • Training materials
  • Worksheets
  • Certifications
  • Digital certificates
  • Digital downloads
  • Software outputs
  • Future digital offerings introduced by AstroVastuNaksh
  1. LICENSE GRANT

Upon successful purchase or lawful access, AstroVastuNaksh grants the user a:

 

Limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the relevant Digital Product solely for the user’s personal and lawful purposes.

 

This license does not transfer ownership of the Digital Product or any intellectual property rights.

  1. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Digital Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of AstroVastuNaksh and/or its licensors.

 

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of:

  • Reports
  • Methodologies
  • Calculators
  • Scoring systems
  • Assessment systems
  • Training materials
  • Educational content
  • Algorithms
  • Software logic
  • Databases
  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Trademarks
  • Documentation
  • Proprietary frameworks

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  1. PERMITTED USES

Users may:

  • View purchased Digital Products;
  • Download Digital Products where download functionality is provided;
  • Print a reasonable number of copies for personal use;
  • Store personal copies for lawful personal reference;
  • Use purchased reports for their own personal, educational, or internal business purposes.

All usage remains subject to this Agreement.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

Unless expressly authorized in writing by AstroVastuNaksh, users shall not:

  • Copy Digital Products for commercial purposes;
  • Resell Digital Products;
  • Redistribute Digital Products;
  • Share Digital Products with third parties;
  • Upload Digital Products to websites;
  • Upload Digital Products to cloud-sharing platforms;
  • Upload Digital Products to Telegram groups;
  • Upload Digital Products to WhatsApp groups;
  • Upload Digital Products to social media platforms;
  • Publish Digital Products online;
  • Commercially exploit Digital Products;
  • License Digital Products to others;
  • Create derivative works from Digital Products;
  • Remove copyright notices;
  • Remove branding;
  • Remove watermarks;
  • Modify Digital Products for redistribution.
  1. ACCOUNT SHARING RESTRICTIONS

Where Digital Products are delivered through user accounts, subscriptions, memberships, portals, dashboards, or online systems, users shall not:

  • Share login credentials;
  • Permit unauthorized access;
  • Provide access to third parties;
  • Allow simultaneous unauthorized usage.

AstroVastuNaksh reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where unauthorized sharing is suspected.

  1. PREMIUM CALCULATORS AND SOFTWARE TOOLS

Premium calculators, assessment engines, scoring systems, analytical tools, recommendation engines, software modules, and related technologies are proprietary assets of AstroVastuNaksh.

Users shall not:

  • Reverse engineer;
  • Decompile;
  • Disassemble;
  • Replicate;
  • Scrape;
  • Extract source logic;
  • Circumvent security mechanisms;
  • Create competing products based upon such systems.

Attempted unauthorized extraction or reproduction of proprietary systems may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or other remedies available under applicable law.

  1. AI-GENERATED AND AUTOMATED OUTPUTS

Certain Digital Products may be generated wholly or partially through:

  • Artificial intelligence systems;
  • Automated software systems;
  • Algorithms;
  • Rule-based engines;
  • Computational models;
  • User-provided inputs;
  • Hybrid methodologies.

Users acknowledge that such outputs may contain:

  • Assumptions;
  • Interpretation differences;
  • Computational limitations;
  • Inaccuracies;
  • Omissions;
  • Technological constraints.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Digital Products should not be assumed to have undergone individual human review.

  1. PERSONALIZED REPORTS

Certain Digital Products may be customized using information supplied by users.

 

Personalization does not transfer ownership of the resulting Digital Product to the user.

 

AstroVastuNaksh retains all intellectual property rights relating to:

  • Report structure;
  • Report design;
  • Methodologies;
  • Calculations;
  • Analytical systems;
  • Presentation formats;
  • Underlying content.
  1. DIGITAL CERTIFICATES

Digital certificates issued by AstroVastuNaksh are licensed for personal use by the certificate holder.

 

Certificates may not be:

  • Altered;
  • Forged;
  • Misrepresented;
  • Commercially exploited;
  • Reissued without authorization.

AstroVastuNaksh reserves the right to revoke, invalidate, suspend, replace, or correct certificates where fraud, misuse, errors, misconduct, or policy violations are identified.

  1. REFUNDS

Digital Products are generally non-refundable once:

  • Access has been granted;
  • Delivery has occurred;
  • Download links have been provided;
  • Reports have been generated;
  • Certificates have been issued;
  • Calculator outputs have been delivered.

Refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed by the Refund Policy applicable at the relevant time.

  1. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

AstroVastuNaksh may immediately suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate a license where:

  • This Agreement is violated;
  • Unauthorized sharing occurs;
  • Intellectual property infringement occurs;
  • Fraud is suspected;
  • Abuse is detected;
  • Security concerns arise;
  • Applicable law requires such action.

Termination of license shall not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to AstroVastuNaksh.

  1. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

To protect intellectual property and prevent misuse, AstroVastuNaksh may employ reasonable technical, contractual, administrative, legal, or monitoring measures.

 

Violation of this Agreement may result in:

  • Suspension of access;
  • Account termination;
  • Certificate revocation;
  • Legal proceedings;
  • Claims for damages;
  • Injunctive relief;
  • Other remedies available under law.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroVastuNaksh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, commercial, reputational, or economic damages arising from Digital Products.

 

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Digital Product giving rise to the claim.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

 

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussions.

 

Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

 

The arbitration shall:

  • Be conducted by a sole arbitrator;
  • Be conducted in English;
  • Be conducted in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Subject to the arbitration provisions, courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  1. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Agreement shall become effective on the date published on the website and shall remain in force until amended, replaced, or withdrawn by AstroVastuNaksh.
