REFUND, CANCELLATION & CONSULTATION FEE REFUND GUARANTEE POLICY

This Refund, Cancellation & Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee Policy (“Policy”) applies to consultations, services, reports, assessments, certifications, products, digital products, calculators, and related offerings made available by AstroVastuNaksh.

 

For the purpose of this Policy, “AstroVastuNaksh”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to AstroVastuNaksh, a proprietorship operated by Navin Kumar Sharma.

 

This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Consultation Agreement, and any service-specific terms applicable to a particular offering.

 

  1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the customized, advisory, educational, analytical, interpretative, personalized, digital, consultation-based, and service-oriented nature of many offerings provided by AstroVastuNaksh, refunds are generally not available except where expressly stated in this Policy or where required by applicable law.

 

Users are encouraged to carefully review service descriptions, eligibility requirements, and applicable terms before making purchases.

 

  1. CONSULTATION FEE REFUND GUARANTEE

Certain eligible Vastu consultation services may be covered under AstroVastuNaksh’s 100% Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee.

 

The Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee applies only where AstroVastuNaksh expressly states that a particular consultation service is covered by the guarantee.

 

The Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee does not automatically apply to all products, services, reports, certifications, assessments, calculators, consultations, or offerings.

 

  1. SERVICES ELIGIBLE FOR THE GUARANTEE

Only those Vastu consultation services specifically designated by AstroVastuNaksh as eligible shall qualify for the Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the guarantee shall not apply to:

  • Astrology consultations
  • Numerology consultations
  • Lo Shu consultations
  • Digital reports
  • AI-generated reports
  • Premium calculators
  • Certification programs
  • Educational programs
  • Courses
  • Physical products
  • Affiliate products
  • Memberships
  • Subscriptions
  • Any non-Vastu service

 

  1. GUARANTEE PERIOD

Each eligible consultation shall be assigned an individual Guarantee Period.

 

The applicable Guarantee Period may vary depending upon:

  • Property type
  • Consultation scope
  • Consultation objectives
  • Nature of recommendations
  • Implementation requirements
  • Other relevant factors

The Guarantee Period may be communicated through:

  • Reports
  • Emails
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Consultation notes
  • Booking records
  • Invoices
  • Service communications
  • Other documented communications

Unless expressly documented otherwise, verbal discussions alone shall not establish a Guarantee Period.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for consideration under the Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be satisfied.

 

5.1 Full Payment

Applicable Consultation Charges must have been paid in full.

 

5.2 Full Implementation

All mandatory recommendations must be implemented within the prescribed timeline.

 

Partial implementation shall not qualify.

Selective implementation shall not qualify.

Incomplete implementation shall not qualify.

 

5.3 Evidence Submission

The client must provide satisfactory implementation evidence.

 

Acceptable evidence may include:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Updated layouts
  • Floor plans
  • Site images
  • Documentation
  • Other verification materials reasonably requested by AstroVastuNaksh

 

5.4 Cooperation

The client must cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

 

5.5 Information Accuracy

Information supplied during consultation must be substantially accurate and complete.

 

5.6 No Material Modification

Recommendations must not have been materially altered, reversed, removed, contradicted, or modified without approval from AstroVastuNaksh.

 

5.7 No Conflicting Implementation

The client must not have implemented conflicting recommendations obtained from another consultant, advisor, architect, contractor, astrologer, numerologist, vastu consultant, designer, or other third party where such implementation materially affects the recommendations provided by AstroVastuNaksh.

 

  1. IMPLEMENTATION DATE

For the purpose of this Policy, implementation shall be deemed completed only when satisfactory evidence of implementation has been submitted to AstroVastuNaksh.

 

The implementation date shall be the date on which such evidence is received through an approved communication channel.

 

Mere assertions of implementation shall not be sufficient.

 

  1. REFUND CLAIM PROCEDURE

To initiate a refund claim, the client must:

  1. Submit a written refund request;
  2. Identify the consultation and invoice;
  3. Provide supporting evidence;
  4. Provide any information reasonably requested for verification;
  5. Submit the claim within the prescribed claim period.

Refund claims may be submitted through:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Other officially designated channels

 

  1. REFUND CLAIM WINDOW

A refund claim must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days following expiry of the applicable Guarantee Period.

 

Claims submitted after expiry of the claim window may be rejected.

 

  1. REFUNDABLE AMOUNT

The maximum refund available under the Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee shall not exceed the actual Consultation Charges paid by the client after application of any discounts, promotional offers, rebates, credits, concessions, adjustments, or reductions.

 

For example:

If Consultation Charges are originally ₹10,000 and discounted to ₹3,000, the maximum refundable amount shall be ₹3,000.

 

The refund shall never exceed the Consultation Charges actually paid.

 

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

The Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee applies only to eligible Consultation Charges.

 

The following amounts are expressly excluded and non-refundable:

  • Evaluation Charges
  • Site Evaluation Charges
  • Local Transportation Charges
  • Outstation Visit Charges
  • Travel Expenses
  • Accommodation Expenses
  • Floor Measurement Charges
  • Electrical Mapping Charges
  • Plumbing Mapping Charges
  • Interior Mapping Charges
  • Interior Design Charges
  • Astrological Service Charges
  • Numerological Service Charges
  • Digital Product Charges
  • Premium Calculator Charges
  • Certification Charges
  • Product Charges
  • Shipping Charges
  • Administrative Charges
  • Third-Party Charges
  • Taxes
  • Government Levies
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • Regulatory Fees
  • Any charge not identified as Consultation Charges

 

  1. REFUND REVIEW

All refund claims shall be reviewed on the basis of:

  • Consultation records
  • Recommendations issued
  • Evidence submitted
  • Implementation status
  • Verification findings
  • Applicable Guarantee Terms

Submission of a refund request does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.

 

AstroVastuNaksh reserves the right to approve, reject, request clarification, request additional evidence, or conduct further verification.

 

  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds shall generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

 

Where the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be used.

 

Processing times may vary depending upon:

  • Payment provider
  • Banking system
  • Verification requirements
  • Administrative processes

 

  1. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

Clients may request cancellation of consultations prior to commencement of the consultation.

 

Cancellation requests shall be governed by the following rules:

 

More than 72 Hours Before Scheduled Consultation

Consultation Charges may be converted into a future consultation credit valid for a period determined by AstroVastuNaksh.

 

Within 72 Hours of Scheduled Consultation

AstroVastuNaksh may retain all or part of the Consultation Charges due to scheduling commitments and administrative costs.

 

After Consultation Commencement

No cancellation or refund shall ordinarily be available once consultation services have commenced.

 

  1. CLIENT NO-SHOWS

Where a client fails to attend, participate in, or cooperate with a scheduled consultation without reasonable notice, AstroVastuNaksh may treat the consultation as completed for billing purposes.

 

No refund shall ordinarily be available for client no-shows.

 

  1. RESCHEDULING

AstroVastuNaksh may permit rescheduling requests subject to:

  • Availability
  • Operational requirements
  • Reasonable notice

Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined.

 

  1. CANCELLATION BY ASTROVASTUNAKSH

AstroVastuNaksh reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend, or refuse services where:

  • Incorrect information is supplied;
  • Safety concerns arise;
  • Legal concerns arise;
  • Cooperation is lacking;
  • Fraud is suspected;
  • Force majeure events occur;
  • Circumstances otherwise justify cancellation.

Where AstroVastuNaksh cancels a service before commencement and no suitable alternative arrangement is provided, an appropriate refund or credit may be offered at AstroVastuNaksh’s discretion.

 

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise required by law, refunds are generally not available for:

  • Downloaded products
  • Delivered reports
  • Digital certificates
  • Premium calculators
  • Assessments
  • Digital resources
  • E-books
  • Templates
  • Software-generated outputs

Once delivery has occurred, refunds shall generally not be available.

 

  1. CERTIFICATIONS AND ASSESSMENTS

Certification fees, examination fees, assessment fees, participation fees, and related charges are generally non-refundable once the relevant assessment, examination, participation activity, or certification process has commenced.

 

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Due to the specialized, ritualistic, educational, customized, fragile, or made-to-order nature of certain products, returns and refunds are generally not available.

 

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different products may be reviewed for replacement eligibility subject to verification and applicable policies.

 

  1. AFFILIATE PRODUCTS

Products purchased from third-party sellers, marketplaces, vendors, or affiliate partners remain subject to the applicable policies of the respective seller.

 

AstroVastuNaksh is not responsible for:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Warranties
  • Product quality
  • Shipping
  • Delivery

relating to affiliate products.

 

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

AstroVastuNaksh reserves the right to amend, modify, update, replace, or revise this Policy at any time.

 

Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the website unless otherwise specified.
